Creating a home that fit a wide range of needs for this busy and active family in Hillsborough was a must for this complete remodel project that encompassed all interior and exterior spaces. Removing and moving walls provided an open flow from the remodeled kitchen into the adjoining living and dining spaces. Creation of a home theatre with state-of-the-art lighting and acoustics as well as a custom built play house and recreation room expanded the family’s use of their new home. Using multiple solutions, the drainage issues on the sloped lot were mitigated allowing the family to increase the use of their newly hardscaped and planted yard.
